It is the season of Love and a new beginning. This year’s Chinese New Year falls on 14th of February, which also marks Valentine’s Day. Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day won’t coincide again until 2048 (when the both of us are in our late fifties!). Pardon for the late post but here’s to the beginning of The Breakfast Collective and many more years to come. Here’s our first batch of artworks.

I LOVE YOU
-Valentine’s Day Card
Hand-Cut and Sewn
When opened, this card springs out to the only three words, “I Love You.” Imagine the surprise! It could be hung on the wall’s of your loved one after they have received it.

Valentine’s Day are for Lovers / Haters
-Valentine’s Day Cards
Pencils and Watercolour
There are always two sides to Valentine’s day. You are either a lover or a hater. Then the rest of the world thinks that it is no big deal. However, love your loved ones all the same.

Xin Nian Kuai Le (Happy Chinese New Year)
-Chinese New Year card
Gold ink, Pencils, Watercolour
A simple card that you could give along with the oranges. Spring is here! The Chinese words (which Stacy should improve on in the future) are hand-painted in gold.

Happy Chinese New Year! And it’s always not too late to say Happy Valentine’s Day! Because we don’t have to wait for 14 February every year to profess our love. Life is too short and every moment is too precious to waste so say ‘I LOVE YOU’ any chance you’ve got. :)
With love from Ferooze and Stacy.
